The classes are gentle, a typical class is as follows

Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

All levels of ability are catered for with simple progression and developmentĀ of all

aspects, and modificationsĀ for individual needs and physical well-being

Please bring a small hand towel and a warm blanket
